Sinisca had his first contact with Spello - Art’s town- in 1988, in occasion of the one-man show of painting and sculpture that he held with De Chirico and Gentilini, organized by Studio S / Contemporary Art of Rome, in the Old Municipal Palace of Spello
The Mayor of Spello and the Counsellor of Culture took an interest in Sinisca’s work.
A collaboration started between the parties. Sinisca offered many works for a permanent exhibit in Spello. The search for this exhibit space lasted 8 years.
Another one-man show in 1996 in the Old Municipal Palace and a open- air show of sculptures in Villa Fidelia gave an additional impulse to the program ”Spello-Sinisca” that materialized in a medieval structure: the St Marguerite Tower situated on the medival walls.
The St Marguerite Tower, in a condition of utter neglect, was offered to Sinisca’s Foundation ac with the promise to be restored .Sinisca opened his “Foundation” in September 2002 thanks to the support of sponsors who contributed to the restoration of the Tower
